Our Reflections tour guide will pick you up from your hote in luxor by A/C vehicle towards el Menya “around 6 hrs. Driving” .Upon arrival you will See the Tombs of the Nobles at Beni Hassan which are carved in the rock of mountains. There are 39 tombs in this area,These tombs have great reliefs that depict fishing, hunting, weaving, bird trapping, travel and warfare.Then going to visit Tell El Amarna where the ruins of the city that was constructed by Akhenaton and his wife Queen Nefertiti built there city”Akhet-Aten” which means Aten’s Horizon to be the center of the cult of the sun god, Aten. Going to visit the well preserved tombs in this area such the tombs of Ahmose, Huya, Mery-Re I and Ay. These tombs are well decorated and have colorful scenes of King Akhenaton’s in different actions and rituals. Then you will be transferred to hotel to stay overnight in Minya. You will be picked up to visit Tuna-al Gabal area which was a very important section in the Roman period and it served as a burial site for the town. The site contains burial homes with wall paintings that are very unique because it was created as a mixture between the roman and ancient Egyptian art. The area has many tombs worth visiting like the tomb of Petosiris, the tomb of Isadora, and the tomb of the god Thot ”god of writing and knowledge” who was represented as a baboon. after engoing your visit you will be Transfered by A/C vehicle to Your hotel , overnight in Cairo.
