Cancellation And Refund Policy

There are different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or activity you choose. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to confirming your booking.

If the tour does not contain and Cancellation Policy this Cancellation Policy will be applied.

Tour day Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 3 days before the experience's start time. For a 50% refund, you must cancel 1-2 full days* before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 1 day before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 2 days before the experience's start time will not be accepted.

Multi day tour Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 1 week before the experience's start time. For a 50% refund, you must cancel 3-7 full days* before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 3 day before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 2 days before the experience's start time will not be accepted.

Tour with air fly tickets Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 2 weeks before the experience's start time. For a 50% refund, you must cancel 4-7 full days* before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 4 day before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 2 days before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
